HOUSEKEEPING

Departure cleans. - Our team disinfects and dusts all surfaces, makes beds with fresh linens, and replenishes amenities for every new guest.
Daily services. - Our anticipatory service approach ensures that your guest´s room is always fresh and comfortable, providing guests with a clean and tidy environment.
Turn down. - After a delightful day, your guests will be pleasantly surprised by a cozy room that will make you feel ready for a restful sleep.
Deep cleans. - We offer comprehensive, detailed cleans for every room to give them a fresh start. We recommend annual, semi-annual, and quarterly maintenance cleans to reduce the appearance of wear on floors, fabrics, and appliances.

Our staff not only performs their duties in the rooms but also provides additional services such as:

Inventory and linen control. - During our detailed inspection process, we conduct physical counts and inventory all items in each unit. We replenish any missing items from the property supply.

We also work with outside contractors to ensure the best on-time linen service possible at locations without on-site laundry facilities or owned linen.

Additionally, we work with your team to receive clean, sorted, and folded linen to supply and restock each linen room on the guest floors. We also ensure that all soiled linen is placed in the dedicated area for pick up daily.

Maintenance reporting. - Our staff documents and reports any maintenance problems they discover while cleaning the rooms. This helps us address issues before they become a problem, which leads to higher guest satisfaction ratings.

Our hourly staffing services include room attendants, turndown service, housemen, laundry attendants, supervisors, and inspectors.

Our turn-key services offer complete housekeeping department management tailored to your needs.

COMMON AREAS

We provide fixed-rate services for the entire building's common areas. Furthermore, we offer cleaning services for outside common areas, including the parking lot, pool, and nearby areas.

We also provide overnight cleaning services for common areas that cannot be cleaned during regular hours, such as the kitchen and bar. This can be limited to floor cleaning or a more thorough kitchen, bar, and restaurant cleaning.

We offer post-event cleaning services for event spaces. The cost of this service will be determined based on the size of the event and the venue. Additionally, we provide set-up and tear-down services for your venue.

Furthermore, we offer periodic carpet cleaning services as required. We also provide floor-level window cleaning services for both inside and outside areas.

Our fixed-rate cleaning services are available for offices and employees' areas, whether daily, weekly, or monthly.

Additionally, we offer deep cleaning services of your common areas throughout the year at special rates.
